TOTD : Curd for Dandruff

What is Dandruff?

Dandruff is due to excessive shedding of dead skin cells from the scalp. It is quite normal for the skin cells of the scalp to die and flake off. A normal quantity of skin flaking is quite natural, but when the flaking becomes excessive due to some irritation or some skin allergy then it needs attention.

Curd for Dandruff

An extremely good cure for dandruff is curd.

Curd (if possible take slightly sour curd) apply it on to the scalp and hair. Leave it for 20 – 30 minutes then wash your hair with a good shampoo. Apply it weekly once.

Curd also works as a natural conditioner. Regular use of curd on the hair gives very good results.

I have been applying curd once a week since 6 months and it's given me great results.

Since I am not having a severe dandruff problem, this tip has helped me in controlling dandruff.

Have you tried this? What is your experience?
